1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the lodigames platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the lodigames Platform. lodigames reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use lodigames. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. lodigames reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The lodigames Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. lodigames makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a lodigames account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active lodigames account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein, including winnings derived from bonus play.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodigames username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lodigames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

lodigames may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. lodigames reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lodigames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). lodigames does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though lodigames reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. lodigames reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your lodigames account, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. lodigames reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by lodigames are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified on each promotion page. lodigames reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

lodigames reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the lodigames Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, lodigames reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.

lodigames does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. lodigames shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodigames Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or identity fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a third party to use your lodigames account.

lodigames reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lodigames Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual materials, is the property of lodigames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from lodigames is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodigames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use , the lodigames Platform. lodigames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodigames account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lodigames does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

lodigames collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lodigames implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions.

lodigames will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by lodigames

lodigames reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, lodigames may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to lodigames.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your lodigames account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

lodigames reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the lodigames Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the lodigames Platform shall first be submitted to lodigames's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
